Who is the team behind 'The Complex'? These are the people that your direct donation, or merch purchase will help allow to create our film. From food, to covering the cost of gas, to allowing people to take time off of work, these costs a major factors for our production, and everyone involved has full time jobs outside of film. By supporting us, you'll allow our crew - each person involved simply wanting to do this project out of passion and love for film - to be present.

Kicking things off, we have our Producer, Emma Wood! Producers are an absurdly important part of film productions, handling things like logistics, scheduling, on-set time management , budget, and much much more. We've worked alongside Emma on productions such as Neurasthenia (2019), DOGMA 2025 (2020), and Hide and Seek (2019). Next up, Kody Murphy, our Director of Photography (also known as a Cinematographer)! Cinematographer's are an incredibly important part of any film production, they work hand-in-glove with the director to craft the aesthetics of the film, and work together to select things like shot composition, lighting, and lenses.

We've worked with Kody in the past on numerous commercial and personal projects, not the least of which being DOGMA 2025 (2020). Audio or Sound Engineers are often the unsung heroes of film productions, but NOT TODAY. Because we're singing about Isaac, our wonderful sound engineer for on-set dialogue (and a major hand when it comes to our prop department), right here, right now. Isaac has been instrumental in numerous projects with us over the years, from DOGMA 2025 (2020) and much, much more.

Let's talk about music. It's one of the most important, underrated parts of film. 50% of the world of cinema is steeped in the auditory, and without the right support here and there from a score when appropriate, many moments that would otherwise resonate could fall completely flat. Could you imagine how boring the text crawl from Star Wars would be without that astronomical score from John Williams?? That's why we have Cain Pedersen here to be our musical savant. Cain has worked with us literally dozens of films over the years, from "EDGELESS", "An Interesting Afternoon", "EXTREME FRISBEE", "FRIENDLY STRANGER" or "Avenir Brillant" as an unwitting actor; all the way to "ARCADIA" (our first feature), to "DREAMING" and "RAINING", and "Hattrick" as an incredible composer. And that's not to even count the countless joint musical projects we've made with Cain over nearly 2 decades of collaboration, having Cain to drop some haunting tunes for this project is truly an honor.
